Working with Glenn through a significant downsizing of our business due to the loss of a major contract helped our team prudently navigate a major business transition. 

Twenty long-term team members would be departing our organization. There were emotional issues, as well as financial issues. 

It was important to me as a Managing Director to get an independent point of view, tailored to my specific circumstances. This helped ensure I thought things through clearly and planned accordingly. 

Glenn was of enormous assistance. We worked together in a very laid-back fashion, meeting for coffee or lunch once per week. 

We didn’t go through what I would call a very structured process. It was such a day-to-day, week-to-week dynamically changing situation that I needed a flexible approach to help both the business and myself adapt to change. I was able to ride the changes, stay relaxed and keep my sense of humor. 

Guided substantially by Glenn’s particularly calm and relaxed manner, I was able to keep my perspective and stay focused on achieving my objectives.
